Verwende ausschlie\u00dflich Brillen oder Sichtger\u00e4te, die der <strong>Norm ISO 12312-2<\/strong> entsprechen und somit f\u00fcr die direkte Sonnenbeobachtung vorgesehen sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontrolliere die Filterfolie vor der Benutzung. Ist sie zerkratzt, eingerissen, durchl\u00f6chert oder l\u00f6st sie sich aus der Fassung, darf die Brille nicht mehr verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setze die Brille auf, bevor du zur Sonne blickst und wende den Blick zuerst ab, bevor du sie abnimmst. Kinder sollten bei der Benutzung beaufsichtigt werden. F\u00fcr die direkte Sonnenbeobachtung d\u00fcrfen sie jedoch nur mit einem daf\u00fcr geeigneten Sonnenfilter verwendet werden. Der Filter muss sicher <strong>vor dem Objektiv<\/strong>, also an der sonnenzugewandten Seite des Ger\u00e4ts, befestigt sein. Bei einem Fernglas m\u00fcssen beide Objektive gesch\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Sonnenprojektion mit einem Teleskop war fr\u00fcher weit verbreitet. Sie eignet sich jedoch <strong>nicht f\u00fcr jedes Instrument<\/strong> und kann je nach Bauart und verwendeten Materialien Sch\u00e4den verursachen. F\u00fcr Laien empfehlen wir daher die Beobachtung mit geeigneten Sonnenfiltern vor der Objektiv\u00f6ffnung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch Kameras ben\u00f6tigen einen daf\u00fcr geeigneten Sonnenfilter sicher vor dem Objektiv. Eine Sonnenfinsternis-Brille ist nicht als Kamerafilter ausgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Sonnenfinsternis-Brille vor den Augen sch\u00fctzt nicht beim Blick durch ein ungefiltertes Fernglas oder Teleskop. Sie darf auch nicht vor ein Kameraobjektiv gehalten werden. Die Optik b\u00fcndelt das Sonnenlicht und kann den Filter sowie die Augen schwer besch\u00e4digen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indirekte Beobachtung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei einer Projektion blickst du nicht direkt zur Sonne, sondern betrachtest ihr Abbild auf einer Fl\u00e4che. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lochkamera<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Lochkamera ist eine einfache M\u00f6glichkeit der Projektion: Das Sonnenlicht f\u00e4llt durch eine kleine \u00d6ffnung und erzeugt auf einer hellen Projektionsfl\u00e4che ein Bild der teilweise verfinsterten Sonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stelle dich dabei mit dem R\u00fccken zur Sonne und sieh niemals durch die \u00d6ffnung hindurch. Dabei wird das Sonnenlicht \u00fcber geschw\u00e4rzte Glasfl\u00e4chen stark abgeschw\u00e4cht reflektiert. Wichtig: Auch bei dieser Methode darf niemals direkt in die Sonne geblickt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum falscher Schutz gef\u00e4hrlich ist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch wenn die Sonne w\u00e4hrend einer Finsternis weniger hell erscheint, kann das verbleibende Sonnenlicht die Netzhaut in kurzer Zeit dauerhaft sch\u00e4digen. Die Verletzung bleibt zun\u00e4chst h\u00e4ufig unbemerkt und kann zu bleibenden Sehst\u00f6rungen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verschwommenes Sehen, dunkle oder blinde Flecken im zentralen Blickfeld, eine ver\u00e4nderte Farbwahrnehmung oder starke Lichtempfindlichkeit k\u00f6nnen auf eine Sch\u00e4digung der Netzhaut hinweisen. Solche Beschwerden k\u00f6nnen auch erst einige Stunden sp\u00e4ter auftreten und sollten zeitnah augen\u00e4rztlich abgekl\u00e4rt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teleskope und Ferngl\u00e4ser b\u00fcndeln das Sonnenlicht stark. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen im Brennpunkt hohe Temperaturen entstehen, die Filter, Okulare oder andere Bauteile besch\u00e4digen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was gilt bei einer totalen Sonnenfinsternis?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch bei einer totalen Sonnenfinsternis darf der Augenschutz w\u00e4hrend der partiellen Phasen nicht abgenommen werden.
